Full Event Management
This package is for the bride who has an idea of what they would like for their wedding day, but isn’t quite sure how to get from beginning to end. That's where I can help! I will do the time consuming research of contacting vendors for their availability and asking them all the important questions and report them to you with my findings in our monthly meetings where we will make key decisions together. Along with building your perfect team of vendors in a timely matter, this package includes extras such as overall design assistance with a custom color palette, mood board, and overall theme to pull all your details into a seamless and cohesive day. Bride will receive a custom checklist for her own personal to-dos prior to the wedding. Day of coordination is a part of this package.
Month of Coordination
This package is for the bride who can gather and communicate with all her vendors herself, but needs a little assistance to finalize all the details the month of the wedding. You will receive a custom checklist at the time of booking to make your wedding planning more streamlined. Along with making sure no planning detail was missed, all vendor communication will be handed over to me seven days out from wedding day. This means you just get to show up on your big day and let everything unfold beautifully around you!
Partial Event Management
This package is for the bride who is seeking guidance on design and the logistics of wedding planning, but can communicate with her vendors herself. With unlimited communication between the bride and myself, you’ll have someone holding your hand every step of the way. I will take your budget and suggest vendors that match within it. With our monthly meetings, I will keep up to date with all the details to ensure that important planning steps are being taken at appropriate times. This package also includes day of coordination.
