Our Planning Process
We break our planning process into 3 phases to simply it for you.
First, we focus on Securing all your Vendors. This is the most time sensitive part of planning since availability for many vendors changes the closer your event date is. This step also helps us get a full picture of what your overall wedding team will look like and in turn give us a clearer vision for later phases of planning.
Next, we focus on Design. The fun part, YAY! This is when we dive straight into your Pinterest board and pull out the key design elements you want represented on your day, along with customized details, floral design, floor plans, all the things! Don’t worry, we guide you through every step so your design will be cohesive and complete!
Lastly, we focus on Logistics. This phase is all about bringing all the elements from phase 1 and phase 2 together so everything runs smoothly and effectively. All details are reviewed so nothing is missed!
This format of planning will help streamline the steps it takes from getting engaged to walking down the aisle. Everything that is time sensitive is accomplished first, while details that evolve over long term planning are finalized closer to the event date.
For month of coordination clients, we mainly jump into the planning process 6 weeks from your wedding date and tie up loose ends on the last phase of planning. From there, we are there on the day of your event to make sure everything is exactly as planned and runs as expected.

With every package we offer, you get access to your very own customized planning portal on Aisle Planner. This keeps everything in one place and helps both of us track where we are at in the planning process in real time.
