WEDDING DAY:

  • 10-12 hours of Wedding day attendance and day of coordination

  • Point of contact for all vendors on the day of event

  • Event production and ensuring set-up is correct

  • Set-up of your personal decor

  • Ensuring all tables, chairs, linens, and rentals are in correct place

  • Ensuring ceremony is on time and runs smoothly

  • Styling flatlays for detail shots with photographer

  • Assisting the DJ with important cues

  • Answering questions for any guests including family or bridal party

  • Managing the time and flow of events throughout the day

  • Take-down management at the end of the event (heavy lifting of furniture/displays not included)
